Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Vanilla, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid return label through the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
